TopBand: 160M Band PLAN-no DX windows??

6m has a "dx-only" window (50.100-125)-gentlemans agreement
and 75m also has one (3790-3800-unofficially)
While they are far from "perfect", they do, for the most
part for the gentleman-work fairly well.
