Carl, you or anyone else is more than welcome to do this.  I'm
working on it via a different approach.  If someone wants to do
this, please make yourself known and all can respond to your
E-mail address directly.

I still think that the best idea is for each person to write an
individual note to their Division Director (see page 10 in any QST
for their E-mail address).
