The TJ was written up by W1JF (sk) in QST, July 1982. 
It is a 5 band vertical with a flat top T for 160/80M It is 51' tall and
84' across the top. Uses a combination of traps and decoupling stubs.
Never heard anyone using one but it looks good in the article.
