TopBand: 160m half sloper question...

Hi all....I have a 93' rohn 25 guyed tower...
The top set and middle set of guys are broken
up with insulators and the bottom set is not.
There is a TH6 at 95' and a TH6 at 60'......
I put the feedpoint at 90' for the sloper. The center conductor to the wire
is going down (125')at abt a 45 deg angle...the shield is to the tower....
It does not seem to be resonant anywhere...
very bad swr ...best case is 4:1 at abt 2.5 mhz
Any thoughts on how to make things better....
Any input will be appreciated.
