TopBand: Antenna Reflector ?

Is there a real antenna reflector?  One that utilizes real world PC or
better evaluations amongst its members.
Sorry for the BW here but I'm looking to do some WARC band Yagi building
and need help with interlaced, linear loading, etc. 
Keep getting my butt kicked using the 160M verticals on all 3 WARC bands!
