        Amen, Tom. They have shown an amazing lack of understanding of
propagation on several bands, and displayed an utterly chaotic concept of
planning their resources on the low bands in particular. It is too often
true that, in the detiled planning for operators, equipment, and finances,
the book on propagation often gets left behind.

        Antenna problems are one thing, but how hard is it to show up at
sunset and sunrise, and perhaps keep to a regular schedule in between?
