TopBand: HF0POL

Just had a chat with HF0POL, inquiring about his 160m capabilities.

Stan has just installed a dipole at 50m high, and hears Europe regularly
between 0200-0500z with reports varying from 449-559. Among others, he
heard OH3MAF and SP4EEZ.

Stan is going to be on the band regularly at these times.
