TopBand: H40AA today

Worked H40AA today at 1331z, right at San Diego sunrise. 1826.6/1833.5  He
was an easy 579 on a cardioid pair of phased wire verticals. I believe it
was Aki operating. At 1405z Aki was on 3504 using his own call, H40XX, and
worked a few guys.
