TopBand: H40AA April 11

H40AA fair signal this morning into the heartland and the wind
finally calmed enough to deploy the balloon vertical. QSO after
W0FLS around 1141 utc. Many calling blind but not hearing well,
H40AA went back to several W0s who seemed oblivious.
