TopBand: S08R

[Alex C.J. van Eijk]

S08R, announced previously and supposedly starting operations March 24,
finally arrived in Western Sahara and were QRV as of this afternoon on
the high bands. The operator said that starting tomorrow, April 8, they
will have antennas up for 80 & 160m.
