Very well said.  I am an air traffic controller at MSP(M98)
Minneapolis St Paul International Airport, and work with this
information every day.  Anyone interested in this subject better
re-read your information and take heed.  After all, if an inadvertant
antenna erection brings down ANY passenger aircraft, the person
involved with have PLENTY to worry about the rest of their life.
Prison, monetary plenalties, their families reputation and living
condition, etc.
