Hi,

Just talked to Mark, 5T5WW, on 21MHz SSB.
The good news is he will stay overnight (only
one night) in 5T. The bad news is, he has no
electricity on his location so he is using the
car battery (with turning engine, hi) ... This
means only SSB from 5T5 and not much
operating due to the restricted power / fuel.
Due to the fact he cannot use his regular trx
in these circumstances he has not put any
low band antennas for that one night.

Last night he worked EU on 160m and 80m from
S0. He has not wkd any North America yet on
those bands from S0 .... He says he will listen for
NA on 160m (his tx freq = 1827.5) at 00z and at his
sunrise.

>From Aug 27, he will be QRV again as S07WW.
The bad news here is that his regular transceiver
he is using has a temperature problem. When it
warms up he cannot operate above 10MHz .. !
He has tried for hours to locate the problem but
no solution. This means when the problem occurs
it will be 160, 80, 40 and 30m only. Mostly CW.

S07WW and 5T5WW QSLs via ON5NT.

Good luck 73, Ghis-ON5NT
