Tom, since 8Q7 sunset is not until 1305 UTC on 15 September, the net is
not an issue. The Texans will be long gobbled up by absorption before
there is any chance of propagation to the W6/W7 area around 1300. The
best bet for anyone in the East/Midwest will be from your local sunset
until their sunrise around 0057 UTC. Based on Rudi's operation from
8Q7CW around the same time of year in 1995, there should be excellent
propagation for anyone whose sunset is before 0100 UTC.
