KL7XX QSL card says QTH as "Deadhorse, Alaska" 71 deg N - 148 West.
He operates from the Prudhoe Bay oilfield.

he is in perpetual darkness now and therefore Topband QSO's are
possible ANY time of day that the other end of the path is in darkness.
