TopBand: 9A2TW???

Hello Topbanders,

I worked a station signing 9A2TW on 160m back on Jan 11, 1997.  I have been 
unable to find any address info and there has been no response to my card via 
the bureau.  Anyone have knowledge of this station on 160m?
