TopBand: Down Under Diary - addendum

On 8/1/97 after I worked W1JZ long path at 2143Z, I went up the band looking
for any other NA signals.  On 1833.93 at 2151Z, I copied a station signing
VIP, which was saying something about "heavy swell."  I assume it is a
coastal station (!), but would be very intererest to know more about it (ie.
is it on the US/canadian eastern seaboard?!).
