TopBand: A change in condx

Well, maybe it does pay to gripe on the Reflector.

After bemoaning the bad condx yesterday, worked Mike, VK6HD at his 
sunrise (I am told that this is unusual in our summer), JA4LKB for 
country #29 at his sunrise, IK2DED, and I2BBJ.  Also heard ON5NT, and 
EA3JE, but they didn't hear me.  Sri to the station ??2G??, I just 
could not pull you through.
