When XW30A was working some DL on 21,295Khz, the opr said
"We will QRT at mid-night today but time is not fixed" at 08:10z 16-Jan-98.

    XW30A QSYed to RTTY / 21,085 at 07:25z.

My above E-mail to the DX ref. on 12-Jan-98 took more than 4 hours,
so I'll post this on the TopBand ref. too.

(P.S) Watched XW30 for a while on 7,002Khz around 22:30z 15-Jan-98 and
it seemed good condx to East Coast.
    XW30 sent sig reports to W3NO, N4CH, W4DR, W1JZ, NO2F K1MEM and
many others.
