TopBand: boring balloon report

>The band this morning was very quiet here.  The ZL beacons were
very strong, as were about 5 differnet fishing nets.  However,
there wasn't any activity except for myself and W6FSJ calling 
CQ. This was just before sunrise from 1415Z to 1440Z.

Quiet this morning from 1115 - 1245 utc here in Kansas as well. The
big winter storm finally took its wind east and could deploy the balloon
antenna. Had hoped N6MZ/KH9 would make an encore appearance today. 
JA1JRK spotted them at 1100 on 1.832.6 but...
