TopBand: Some Life.

Dear Reflectees,

Lovely opening into Europe this morning on topband. About 12 Europeans in
the log and signals very loud particularly from Poland. sp3gem and sp6heq a
genuine 599+
at 2055z approx. Europeans not hearing as well so presumably Northern
Hemisphere qrn already on the rise.

Regretfully no sign of the 3b7
