TopBand: XZ1N Update

The XZ1N team has 2 stations operating so far, they are still
putting up antennas. They hope to have 40M & 80M going by
their evening. I do not know when the 160M antenna will be up
and running. I hope to be able to collect the 160M logs ONLY
on a daily basis, and hope post these to the XZ1N webpage at
http://ng7m.qrq.com/~xz1n/
