TopBand: First DX of season...

I still haven't gotten around to replacing the 16 foor top section on my 
tower that last springs sleet storm grounded, but was lucky enough to 
work SV2ASP/A about 10 minutes after Jack VE1ZZ got him at 2300Z Sunday. 

He's only running 100 watts so his signal is not too strong, but he's a 
good op.
