Topband: 3B9R now QRV on 160

I got several posts regarding 3B9R on 160 so will summarize instead
of forwarding multiple messages on the same subject.

3B9R began to QRV today after 1330 UTC on 1826.5.  They are QSX up 1
and in the JA window.  Signals are reported to be good in JA, VK, EU
and ZS, and have apparently been on all night in 3B9.   

NA should watch especially at your local sunset and just before their
sunrise at 0153.  Good luck to all!

P.S.  Let's not all post the reflector each time one of us works them...
only post significant NEW information...you can post your QSO on Packet
