Topband: 3b9r in 6 Mar '99

Hi all,
Heard 3B9R very well on 1826.5 (up5) today since 2115z until 2254z (around
my sunrise). Signal was fading up/down from 559 to 589 (!) He was vy busy
with EUs. Could someone please help to let them know that, the his QRV time
is also a perfect one for some Oceania stations  (YB/YC - or VK6). If they
just could spare a few seconds to listen to the part of OC. Many thanks.
