Topband: 3B8/DL2HWA

3B8/DL2HWA was heard at a solid RST 559 at 2244Z (just about Perth sunrise)
on 25/04/99 on 1828, calling CQ.  Unfortunately, I wasn't quite quick enough
to catch him before he went QSY or QRT, but his signal was good.

Hopefully he will try 160m again, at around the same time - for those in Eu
who need 3B8, it is certainly worth a try.
