Received this from Pres, N6SS/VQ9SS on a slow low rate link, so he does not
have reflector connections

Chagos is back full time on 160m as of 10 Jan. We installed
a xmit bandpass filter on the 1485 kHz AFRTS stn 300' from
the club that has been our nemisis for a decade+. The hash
and trash on 160 is almost totally absent now. The bcst
stn is so clean now I'm using the xmit shunt fed tower for
receiving until rx antennas are in place.

Pse QSX for VQ9SS CQing on 1824+/- daily after Chagos sunset
until west coast sunrise.
