TopBand: ZL9CI on 160

For all you guys that are distressed over 160 meters....here is the
latest plan by our intrepid crew. Please Please Please stop
calling them and asking them on the air to deviate from this ...it
doesn't work.

Not even a chance before 0900Z. Our sun is still in the sky at that
time. We have listened, called, listened, called for days at this time
and it is pointless anymore. We listen to Zl2JR and others on topband
working Europe at 0800Z and even earlier, but we don't even hear a
whisper. Please understand THAT THERE IS NO CHANCE FOR 0800Z ON 160.

Once 0900Z rolls around, the band opens up nicely.

For EU we will be on 160 every morning at 1630 from now until we close
down on the 24th. We are still looking to make QSOs with EU.
