TopBand: T33RD today -- briefly

They showed on 1827.1 about 0950z; first listening on 1908 kHz and and then
up 3 or 5. Heard them come back to a number of the callers but not sure if
there were any QSOs. They were only 449 today and the band was very noisey
-- worst conditions this week. By 1000z they were gone, apparently QSYd to
24 mHz.

Still need 'em here....
