I don't know if 9M6OO has a "pilot", but on 11/13 9M6OO was 
readable off and on for twenty minutes or so. Unfortunately he was 
running JA's. Just as he started to peak, he said "QRX for 20".

If anyone has access to the 160 op, they might tell him he has the 
potential to work USA on 160 but not if he doesn't check his QRG, 
and not if he runs short distance contacts off their peak time during 
peak times for other populated areas.

Also there have been very good peaks into VK ZL and JA at sunset 
at that end, often better than at sunrise here, so his sunset might 
be a good time for USA.
