Topband: Noise; how to relieve it

 I'm brand new to 160m and want to try the Arrl contest in
December.  My site is rural but the noise level is over s5.
 I would like a suggestion for a receive antenna that would
help with the noise problem.  Unfortunately a Beverage is
not a solution at this time.  Any ideas on a shielded loop?
