Topband: Meanook again

Friends in Radio Land -

The Meanook K-indices are in for January 16 - 31.  K-sums were low (5, 3,
3, 3) for January 16 -19 and the K-sum was 0 for January 21.  Otherwise,
the K-sums were up the rest of the month, reaching 37 and 36 just in time
for the CQ 160 Meter DX Contest.

But add the usual 27 days to January 16-19 and see if the solar stream 
remains weak but stable with the next solar rotation.
