Topband: Magnetic storm

This morning (Sunday 13 Feb, from 2130Z) found a very very quiet 160m band,
totally dead except for Werner HB9ATA, who was a solid 579 for about 30
minutes, and at about 15 minutes before sunrise, I worked Jack, VE1ZZ, who
was barely audible at RST449.

Just like Wolf, I found that someone always escapes the net of these
storms.  How strange.

The band noise was virtually non existent.
