Topband: Reflector Outage

        Due to a major power outage caused by a snowstorm here,
I have not been able to forward messages the past 16 hours.  No
idea when power will be restored and I am asking AD1C to transfer 
the admin of the reflector until it is.  If you posted a message
in the past 16 hours or so, it will have to be reposted.
