Topband: Cndx in EU past flare

hi reflectees !
I observed the band after the flare.Numbers were 14 and 4.No transatlantic DX in 
the hour b4 sunrise.Even short range sigs were down. Luis-IV3PRK was about 15 to 
20 db from usual sig.Seems the flare hit home.
