Topband: Re:Mounting ladder line

Thanks to all those who responded with many good suggestions. I think I 
confused the issue with a reference to "proper orientation". I thought I had 
read that somewhere but it was universally vetoed as unsubstantiated.  To 
summarize: 1. Slit the pvc and fit the ladder line in the slit. Tape over 
it. 2. Make a hole in the pvc and pass a tie thru it and attach the line.3. 
Several recommended twisting the line periodically between poles for a 
variety of reasons.
