T32EQ had a fair signal at sunrise here today, from about 1050z to 1110z. He was on 1823 kHz, initally transceive but then QSX up 2 -- right on 3D2CI's frequency. But there was no sign of 3D2CI this morning from 0900-1115z; we couldn't even copy them on 80m. Anyone know if C98DC will be QRV tonite?
