Topband: Meanook - Sept 1 to 15

Friends in Radio Land -

In the first half of Septembner, Meanook K-sums were in single digits
on Sept 2, 7, 9, 10 and 11.   Add 27 days for another solar rotation and
hope the density and speed of the solar wind is again comparable to
those days and that the orientation of the interplanetary field is
the same.
