Topband: VP8CZJ QSL Route Needed

Still looking for a QSL route for Carl, G4VFU for a November 1998 160 =
QSO with his VP8CZJ operation.

I've tried several suggested routes from his ex-QSL manager (Eddie) and =
others but no luck to date.

Does anyone have any other possibilities?
