Topband: VP8CZJ QSL Route Needed

Hi,

Can't help with the QSLing.  This operation was from an oil exploration rig
called the "Borgny Dolphin" about 150 miles north of the Falklands.  CZJ
tried to pass it off as a Falklands operation but it was well outside
territorial waters.  Refused to sign /MM 'cos it was connected to the sea
bed by the drill pipe and anchors!

Try using that argument on a modern DXpedition.  Raises the back hairs
locally.
