Topband: Multiple Rcvrs on a Single Beverage

If one were going to use a single Beverage and wanted to use four to eight 
receivers with it simultaneously, how would one best split and then amplify 
to negate the splitting losses?

It is probably best to take any response direct, off reflector, to  
w5usm@aol.com  so as not to burden reflector users without interest in the 
subject.
