Topband: spotting

IMHO I see nothing wrong only SENDING spots, I used CT for the contest, =
and it was set up to only send spots, it will not receive any. I realize =
there are mony hams on the band that are not active in the contest - =
they are more interested in finishing WAS,WAC or somthing of the sort. A =
contest on 160 is one of the few times when there can be a wealth of dx =
on the band, so sending a spot for someone else makes sense to me in =
this matter.
