I just finished installing W8JI's key click mod in my FT-1000MP. Here's the results, as monitored with an S9+ signal on my Kenwood TS-830S in the narrow CW (250 Hz) mode.: Stock MP (no mod): Clicks are +/- 2.1 kHz of signal. InRad Keying improvement mod: +/- 800 Hz. W8JI key click mod: +/- 300 Hz. The InRad mod is worthwhile, but the W8JI mod is even better. 73, de Earl, K6SE
