Topband: Ducie Island Operation

The Daily DX reports that Ducie plans are finalized, and 
that low band operation will be deferred to the "last days" 
of the operation. They'll be hitting primarily 15 meters 
to work as many people as possible in the early days.

Pray that lowband conditions are good during the tail end
of the operation!
