Gentlemen

Ake, 5R8FU was QRV this weekend and worked a few lucky folks. As we
know, condx aren't the greatest but he seems to have a respectable sig
and hears quite well.

I have asked him abt future arrangments and he replies with the
following:

> It is a bit difficult to promise skeds from my side. That is because we are
> in the rainy season, with heavy rains, winds, thunderstorms and cyclons.
> When that occurs, I crank down my tower. The 160-m antenna is a top-fed

Here's hoping the t/r problem is just a sticky relay situation. But, if
it persists, I will contact Ten Tec for help.

BTW, he was on agn last nite according to K8MFO who got a Q. And he does
seem to be rite on 1834.

Good luck
