Topband: 160m bandplan

Hello reflectees !
I guess that the separation of modes, like on other bands, will benefit 
everybody.
The legislation on the frequencies is not quite homogenious,but if the US makes 
a strong move there, i guess others will follow.The thing works on all the other 
bands as well and i cant see why not on 160m.
Everybody who says that only the CW- guys are complaining,should take into 
consideration that the CW mode suffers most from the SSB spectrum splatters, not 
the other way around !
