Topband: H7DX

Ted, 

Two days ago they answered my CQ on 1822 kHz at 1119z; they were 579 with
flutter on the signal. I paused to let anyone else call them or for them to
take the freq, but no one called and H7DX QSY'd.

A few minutes later I heard them on 3503 kHz. Then just at my sunrise,
about 1140z, I heard a 4 get them to QSY back to 1822 kHz. I listened as
the 4 worked them, but this time there was no trace of H7DX here!
