Low K-sums in December at Meanook, Alberta and Potsdam, Germany were
from December 9 to 11; otherwise, quiet days were spotty, the 13th as well
as the 20th and the 2nd.  But there were no outrageous days, with
all K-sums less than 30-.

Anyway, add 27 days for another solar rotation and see what happens.  The
"Christmas Present" I predicted turned out OK, except for a rogue PCA
event.  C'est la vie!
