Topband: Topband Takeoff Angles & ICEPAC

There is a US Government computer program called ICEPAC that allows angles
of reception and transmission to be calculated from any spot on earth to any
other.  Just enter the frequency, time, locations, etc.  Great maps and
charts too!  I have used it on 80 meters but not 160.  The angles are lower
than you may expect.  From Tucson to Europe short path I use .4 degrees to
14 degrees for a day in December that I was testing with.  The program is
FREE!
