Topband: DSP for random noise

TopBanders,
A couple of questions about the current DSP units on the market.
 
Does anyone use the "clear speech" DSP speakers or base units?
How about the Timewave DSP599zx  or NIR-12 for static crashes and random
noise?
How do they work with electric fence noise pulses and line noise?
Are there any other DSP boxes to consider?
 
Specifically, do these units  provide any benefit on TopBand?
