Topband: First Ever Mobile 160-meter DXCC

My congratulations to Don, KH6DX/mobile for achieving the first ever
160-meter DXCC with confirmed QSOs with over 100 DXCC entities on Topband
from his Dodge pickup truck mobile station.

To honor Don's years of perseverence and integrity in achieving this
goal, I'm sure you all share my feeling that it would be appropriate for
the ARRL to endorse his DXCC certificate as the "First Mobile 160-Meter
DXCC".
